I have known and respected Aggie for as long as I've been involved in the Southern California Pilates community. She brings a level of passion and commitment to her work which is inspiring. I am truly fortunate to have her to consult with. I am excited about the possibility of upcoming Yamuna Ball Rolling workshops here , and hope that they will only be the start of a long and beneficial relationship that will bring new Joy, Strength & Wisdom to the Studio!!!
Aggie is certified as Yamuna Body Rolling practitioner which is a method of bodywork using special 6”-10” balls designed to teach people (in private sessions or special classes and workshops) on how to release chronic pain and “holding patterns” that produce tension. Her training is goal-focused, but with a gentle style that encourages her students to prevent injury and improve function and performance for an active sustainable lifestyle. Additional specialties include Pilates for Golf and cross-training her clients with Yoga, having completed and received her teaching credentials through the YogaWorks 200-hour Teacher Training Program. Aggie is also affiliated with the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and IDEA Health and Fitness Association.
