Incorporating all three elements of a balanced fitness diet: cardio, strength and flexibility, the SpinFusion workout consists of a 30-45 minute routine of coached cardio on the BH Fitness SB2 bikes, elliptical or treadmill.
See how quickly and intensely you can get your heart rate up!!! See how many calories you can burn!!!
During this portion of the class, you will get pushed beyond your comfort zone, using bursts, sprints, and surges to spark a metabolic burst that can last up to 48 hours beyond the workout!!
The last part of the class is spent on the Reformer/Towers which is the best piece of equipment devised to condition you with the remaining two elements of fitness, flexibility and strength training.
