I offer different kinds of workouts to address my clients needs.  All class memberships and packages cover attendance to any of the classes with the exception of the Lab which requires an advance okay to participate.  All workouts are designed to challenge, strengthen, protect your joints and, most importantly, be fun!!!

Workout when you want, how you want and with the undivided focus of Studio Founder and Principle Instructor, Emily Belanger.  If you are trying to get in shape for any event or competition, need special attention because of an injury or pre-existing condition, and or want to see results fast, Private Sessions are more than worth the added expense!!!

Tri-Fusion:

The Triathlon of workouts!!!  Incorporating all three elements of a balanced fitness diet:  cardio, strength and flexibility, the Tri-Fusion workout consists of a 25-30 minute of coached cardio featuring the BH Fitness SB2 bikes as well as elliptical and treadmill.  See how quickly and intensely you can get your heart rate up!!!  During this portion of the class, you will get pushed beyond your comfort zone, using bursts, sprints, and surges to spark a metabolic burst that can last up to 48 hours beyond the workout!!  The last half of the hour is spent on the Reformer/Towers which is the best piece of equipment devised to condition you with the remaining two elements of fitness, flexibility and strength training.

The reformer/tower combination is the best piece of Pilates equipment I have ever been on!  (And I have worked on all sorts of Stott, Peak Pilates, Teague and other Balanced Body machines.)  I love working on it with clients to strengthen, lengthen, define and change their bodies and also to change how they look and communicate with their bodies.   You will work you body as never before!  You will be in touch with it in a whole new way!  You will feel better than you ever have in your life!  In short, You Will Love Your Body!!!

Because you are an experienced and dedicated Pilates instructor, I would like to cordially invite you to the  "The Lab" - a weekly master's class using the Reformer/Tower.  

It is here that we push the limits both of ourselves and the equipment so that we all can be better instructors.  Besides, how often do you get to just have FUN with others at your level of expertise?  Come to this class prepared to learn, prepared to lead and prepared to experiment.

"Why do you do this?" I have been asked, "Aren't you just giving away your secrets to the competition?"

My answer is that we and our clients are all better served if we become better instructors, and who better to learn from than ourselves!  My father was a doctor, and even though there was a certain level of competition among them, he taught me the value of working and learning with colleagues to improve.

All participants in The Lab must be able to show proof of certification, insurance or must be cleared into the class by me.
