Tri-Fusion: The triathlon of workouts!!! Tri-fusion starts with a 25-minute intense workout on the reformer. The second leg of Tri-fusion is an intense 25-minute coached cardio workout. Participants in Tri-fusion get pushed to go beyond their comfort zone, sparking a metabolic burst that can last up to 48 hours after the workout is done. The third/final leg is a ten-minute stretch and cool-down on the tower.
Group Revo: the reformer/tower combination is the best piece of equipment I have ever been on! (And I have been on all sorts of Stott, Peak Pilates, Teague and other Balanced Body machines.) I love working on it clients to strengthen, lengthen, define and change their bodies and also to change how they look and communicate with their bodies. You will work you body as never before! Sunday Brunch: The best thing to happen to Sunday since the Mimosa!! An hour of deep musclework that leaves you with an endorphin buzz that will last the rest of the day!!
Private & Semi-Private Sessions: There are a lot of reasons why you might prefer private or semi-private sessions. The first is obvious, the workout is tailored to your schedule, your goals, & your body. Even those who enjoy the group class experience like to take a private now and then to enjoy the one-on-one attention. Privates are also the choice for you if you are rehabbing from an injury or "pre-habbing" as part of training for a specific event.
