You need to know at the outset that I am not a Christian though I was raised that way. I often wish I was; when my father was dying of cancer, I envied the quiet surety of heaven and indomitable faith of the Benedictine nuns who had been my dad's patients for many years.
But I do believe that there are people whose insight opens new eyes in us, and so we see the world differently because of their touch in our lives. I also believe that we all have in us angels, and by that I mean the instinct for Love, for Truth, for Kindness, Forgiveness..And if we listen to that better of ourselves, we can be angels to others when they are in pain, in need or are lost..
