Joy!

When your body is not functioning at its best, it drags on your energy, your spirit, your state of mind.   The links between physical exercise and mental health/well-being/happiness (as it were) are strong and growing almost every month.  One of the articles in the Wisdom section of the Website, Banish a Negative Mood is only one example.  But fostering feelings of joy and strength will help you want to work out more, eat healther.  The studio, both in its physical location, but also here, online, is a community which provides a warm, supportive, revitalizing space where you will get the tools to build your strengthdeepen your joy, and increase your wisdom.   We work hard here at the studio, but we also have a lot of fun!  Here are some things that I hope will add a little fun into your day...
